Shipments move through the same disciplined, technology-driven pipeline: packages are taken into documented custody before loading, and deliveries are recorded with proof.

1 Submit & Validate You submit; we validate the address and confirm the details.
2 Pickup We collect from your location and take each package into documented custody.
3 Sort & Route Packages are checked in and assigned to optimized routes.
4 Deliver Drivers run the route with live status back to the dashboard.
5 Confirm & Report Proof-of-delivery captured and available on the tracking page.

API Integration
In development — not yet available

A public VetDel API and webhooks are in development and not yet available. When live, they are intended to let you connect your own system to request quotes, create and cancel orders, submit batches, and pull tracking and proof-of-delivery.

  • Order Received → Processing → Out for Delivery → Delivered
  • Delivery, exception, and issue status shown on the tracking page

Proof of Delivery

  • Timestamped delivery confirmation at the point of delivery
  • Photo capture at the point of delivery
  • Signature capture is in development and not yet available
  • Full custody history retained and retrievable
