Same-day and expedited service is for urgent, time-sensitive shipments within the Tucson and Phoenix metros — a critical part, a document, or a priority delivery that cannot wait for a standard window.

A same-day request is not a confirmed booking. Eligibility is subject to location, capacity, price approval, and explicit VetDel confirmation. You receive a reference number, and VetDel reviews and confirms before service proceeds.

Hours & cutoff

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Arizona time
  • 4:00 p.m. same-day cutoff

After the cutoff, a same-day request may be scheduled for the next business day. After-hours work is by prior arrangement.

Operating process

How an expedited request works

  1. Submit a request with pickup, destination, and the time you need it there.
  2. VetDel reviews location, capacity, and price, then confirms eligibility.
  3. On confirmation, the shipment is dispatched and tracked to delivery.
  4. Proof of delivery and exceptions are recorded for reporting.
